These terms govern use of the GTA 6 Daily News website and the GTA 6 Daily News publishing tool (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

GTA 6 Daily News publishes short news and commentary videos about Grand Theft Auto VI. The publishing tool is a private app that uploads the channel's own videos to its own accounts through official platform APIs. It is not available for public sign-up.

2. News and commentary

Our videos summarize publicly reported news. Stories that Rockstar Games has not confirmed are labeled as unconfirmed or as reports. We work to be accurate, but content is provided for information and entertainment only and may be incomplete or change as news develops.

3. No leaked material

We do not host, distribute or link to leaked, stolen or pirated game footage or files. Visuals in our videos are original or AI-generated artwork.

4. Not affiliated with Rockstar Games

GTA 6 Daily News is an independent fan channel. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto, GTA and related marks belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify the game being discussed.

5. Our content

The scripts, narration and artwork in our videos belong to us unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to share links to our videos. Please do not re-upload them as your own.

6. Third-party platforms

Our videos appear on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Privacy

How the publishing tool handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on its content.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page with a new effective date.
